Refund Policy

Here at Fiolidy, we want you to have complete peace of mind when you choose to shop with us. We understand that ordering online can be daunting, and we want to assure you that we're here to assist you from start to finish. While we hope you adore your items as much as we do, we recognize that there might be cases where you need to contact us to arrange a return, and we're here to make that process as seamless as possible for you.

FIOLIDY REFUND: If your item arrives damaged or doesn't reach you, we will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item is not a store sale or giveaway item.
  • The item is returned to us in its original packaging.
  • The item reaches us within 7 days of your receipt. (If you foresee any issues with this timeframe, please contact us ASAP so we can work with you on a solution).

All refund inquiries are processed through our Support Team, accessible via our Contact Us page or by emailing info@fiolidy.co. For refund requests, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges and/or discounts) will be refunded to your original payment method. This process takes around 5 – 7 business days upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot refund to a different credit/debit card.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS: In the rare event that your item arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or is damaged upon arrival, we'll promptly address the issue. To facilitate this, please provide photos of the issue by contacting our Support Team. Depending on the circumstances and severity of the damage, we may offer a replacement order/exchange or a full refund. This decision rests with the Management Team. Additionally, please note that there might occasionally be slight color/shade differences between the colors of our items on different platforms, such as mobile/tablet screens, due to variations in tint and contrast. Our aim is to accurately showcase all our products on our website.

RETURN/REFUND SHIPPING COSTS: All refunds cover the full amount paid for the ordered item, but please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. ADDRESS ERRORS: Please double-check your address when entering your details on our contact information page. If you've entered the wrong address, moved, or need to change a product size/style after your order has been shipped and you've received your shipping confirmation, we might be unable to accommodate changes or offer a refund.

ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY DOMESTIC POSTAL SERVICE: If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g., USPS/Canada Post/AusPost, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but hasn't arrived at your location, we'll make an effort to resend a replacement order (at the discretion of FIOLIDY). However, in this specific scenario, we cannot issue a refund. If you're in this situation, please contact us at info@fiolidy.co with all relevant information.

DELAYED ORDERS: Please note that our aim is to deliver all orders within the timeframe outlined on our shipping information page. However, occasional delays can occur. While we understand these delays can be frustrating, we cannot cancel/refund trackable orders that are still in transit. Nevertheless, if items are significantly delayed or misplaced, we are fully committed to resolving such cases on an individual basis.
